The two main reasons for home inspections are safety and proper function/condition.
Shamrock Home Inspections has been in business since 2014. Our primary inspector, Brian Flanigan, a CT licensed home inspector (HOI 0000787) and member of CT Assoc. of Home Inspectors (CAHI), was a home improvement contractor for almost 20 years, so he knows very well how houses should be constructed and how mechanicals should work.
Through CAHI, our home inspectors attend continuing education classes of many topics of new/current importance.
Additionally, Brian built most of his current home. For those who are interested in having a pool checked out, Brian also built his own in-ground pool.
As you may know, the 2 main objectives for having a home inspection are to investigate safety, as well as proper function and condition.

Manchester Award Program Honors the Achievement
MANCHESTER December 6, 2018 -- Shamrock Home Inspections has been selected for the 2018 Best of Manchester Award in the Home Inspector category by the Manchester Award Program.
Each year, the Manchester Award Program identifies companies that we believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and our community. These exceptional companies help make the Manchester area a great place to live, work and play.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2018 Manchester Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the Manchester Award Program and data provided by third parties.
